Student Instructions for Researching the Parts of a Plant

Hello Class! Welcome to our "Researching the Parts of a Plant" blog! Today you will be using the internet to do research on the different parts of a plant. The class will be split into groups and each group will be assigned a different part. You will have one class period to complete this assignment.  

• Use the internet to find two images related to your plant part.

• You must also include a hyperlink in your blog.  This must take you to more information about your specific plant part.

• Your entry must be well written, with no grammar or spelling errors.  Organize your information and pictures neatly and include all group members names at the bottom of the post.  

You must perform internet research and record all of your answers in a blog post.               
 a) What is the main function of your plant part?               
 b) Are there any other functions of this plant part?              
 c) Where is your plant part located on the plant?                
 d) What would happen if your plant did not have this part? (be specific)
